Congratulations to the winning team HomeForest. Haptic Architects, Squint/Opera, Coda to Coda, LionHeart and Yaoyao Meng came together to produce the compelling and innovative concept using biophilia, sound and lighting to enhance our home lives, improve productivity and reduce the stress of working from home.

Pliarch Architects, Studio YUME, Whitby Wood, designer Mirko Nardecchia, Crowd Control and Idea Design. New Normal’s concept Com-View-Nism transforms your regular window into an additional workspace, connecting you with your neighborhood while you work from home.

Architects Anna Muray, David Rhodes and Mike May. Origin3 Studio’s Antypody concept makes use of the car spaces in front of our home to add work pods to be shared by the community, instantly re-dynamising our streets, reconnecting people, making it a place to meet, work and play.

We want to thank all participating teams for their innovative concepts, for sharing their personal stories of lockdown and for making this first year’s prize such a success.
