Congratulations to the second ADF Scholar

Alan Davidson Foundation Trustee Jane Craik celebrated with Alice Garner as she received her degree from Kent School of Architecture and Planning.

In November 2023, ADF Trustee Jane Craik attended the Congregations Ceremony for the Kent School of Architecture and Planning held at the magnificent Canterbury Cathedral to witness the foundation’s second scholarship student, Alice Garner, receive her MA Architectural Visualisation degree.

The Alan Davidson Scholarship was set up in 2021 in partnership with the University of Kent and is available to one home-student every year, studying for the MA Architectural Visualisation course.

“Thank you so much, for the opportunity, I don’t think I can put into words how grateful I am to have had the support this last year from Howard, The Alan Davidson Foundation, and the university itself. It all means so much and I don’t think I’d be in the position I am today without everyone’s help, so thank you very much! … It was such a lovely end to a brilliant day. So thank you for making that happen, it was so great to meet Jane and hear about Alan.”
