The theme for this year’s competition, “Rethinking Home – Adapt and Reuse,” challenges multi-disciplinary creative teams to delve into innovative and captivating design concepts. The goal is to inspire renters and buyers by showcasing how an ideal home can emerge from the realms of upcycling, recycling, mining, and creative reuse. This approach aims to reimagine traditional notions of home and lifestyles, offering fresh perspectives on dwelling spaces.
Marie Chamillard, Director of the Alan Davidson Foundation, said: “We’re absolutely delighted that Total Synergy has chosen to be our Headline Sponsor for 2024. Each year The Davidson Prize poses a challenging design brief to multidisciplinary design teams and it’s great to have a partner on board that champions innovation and is enthusiastic about design of the home.
